The Centre is based on Bristol’s Harbourside, between Arnolfini and the YHA and near to Pero’s Bridge.

Admission Free

Our gallery is open to the public five days a week during exhibition opening hours and entry is free.
The gallery also hosts a family area with self-led activity available all day.

Wednesday to Friday, 11:00 – 17:00
Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 – 17:00
Closed Monday and Tuesday

Please note the gallery is closed between exhibitions and occasionally closed for private hire or events.  Please check before travelling.

Getting here

By train

The Architecture Centre is a 15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station. There is a taxi rank outside the station and Buses 8 and 9 will take you to St Augustine’s Parade.

By bus

Marlborough Street Bus Station is a 15 minute walk away. There are several local bus stops close by the centre.

By car

The M4 and M5 motorways lead into Bristol via the M32. Follow the brown tourist signs to Arnolfini or Youth Hostel. There is no on-street parking outside the Architecture Centre. For car parking in Bristol check: Travelwest
