Bristol Open Doors

Free for all, Bristol’s annual festival of architecture opens venues across the city to celebrate its history, architecture and culture.

Organised by the Architecture Centre, Bristol Open Doors is the much-loved annual festival when the city’s most fascinating buildings open their doors for one weekend – completely for free.

The aim of the weekend is to celebrate the city’s architecture through a programme of fascinating building visits, guided tours and a range of creative events. In 2017 the festival welcomed 70,000+ visits to over 100 venues across the city. For a review of 2017 read the adjacent document.

The festival returns this year on 14-16 September 2018.
